Refund policy

Cancelations:

Cancellations are accepted up until your order has been fulfilled. If you reach out to DBG and your order has already been fulfilled, you can still receive a refund, but you’ll face a packing and shipping cost deduction of $5. If you are thinking about canceling your order, please do so within 1-2 hours of purchase. 

If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for the shipment costs and packaging. Please return the pieces unworn and in the same exact condition.

The Vintage Estate Collection is FINAL SALE! No refunds or exchanges.

To start a return, you can contact us at designsbygracebr@gmail.com and include your name, number, order number. You must notify us of your return within 7 days of delivery. You will have 7 days to return your item to the store or send your product back before you are ineligible for a store credit.

Damages and issues 

All DBG jewels are 18k gold plated over stainless steel. This means that they are water resistant, tarnish resistant and hypoallergenic. You can get your pieces wet as they are resistant to water. Our pieces do not tarnish, however, the gold can wear over time as these pieces are not solid gold. 

If your piece breaks or gets damaged, please shoot me an email at designsbygracebr@gmail.com and I’ll respond with a solution. If the piece can be fixed, I will repair for free. You will be responsible for the shipment costs for sending the product back for repair. If the pendant is permanently damaged, I unfortunately cannot offer a replacement unless you buy another one. If you lose a stone on your jewelry, I unfortunately cannot repair it.

We will not be offering any kind of free repair or replacement on the pieces in the Vintage Estate Collection. If you damage your piece, you will be responsible for purchasing a new one or paying for repairs. We will also not be offering any resizing on the rings in this collection. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

You will have 7 days from the time of purchase to make a return or an exchange. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange your item or return for a store credit only. We will not issue refunds. If obvious damages are shown, you will not receive a store credit, only an exchange for the same product.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
